• I was unhappy about the room I was given I was unable to relax because of the noise. I mentioned this to a woman at the front desk who happened to be the owner. I was not looking for any compensation just wanted to make sure the next person had a better experience. Well she comped my session. I was extremely grateful this was my first session after fighting cancer for the past year. This was a Mother's Day gift from my awesome husband. I now get to set another appointment in a room upstairs. I have and will continue to refer New Spirit. Wonderful owner treated me with such compassion she really cares about her customers experience. Thank you for showing how much you care.
