Lauren is the absolute best! She is so funny, encouraging, honest, and supportive. I've made so much progress in bootcamp, progress that I never thought I could make, because of her dedication to her craft, her understanding of different skill levels, and positive energy. I look forward to her classes every week.

Everyone here sees me at my worst in the mornings... tired, half asleep with messy greasy hair, my kid is in his pajamas mostly and usually shoe-less. The list goes on and on and I have NEVER once felt uncomfortable or judged. Not one time have I ever felt self conscious that we weren't put together enough for the day. I love it here and am pretty much addicted to starting my day at A Moms Village 💕
AMV has the best energy, the most fun and it is always such a great workout. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and it's topnotch in cleanliness.
