It was my first class and everyone was so welcoming. I truly felt like I had a village supporting me and that is so nice as a new mom. Thank you for creating such a welcoming place. I can’t wait to come back.
Workout can be individualized as needed. The instructor Lauren was helpful and so encouraging!
