• As a member, a great program that I highly recommend, I look forward to my monthly visits! Always get the hot stone massage which gives me unbelievable relief from arthritis & stiff leg muscles from a total knee replacement! Plus, the creames & oils used are terrific for dry skin...I am a regular YMCA swimmer & the water really dries my skin! I will give a huge word of caution for drivers after a massage! Don't get behind the wheel until you're ready! Drink lots of water & get alert! That's how relaxing it is!
