• I am a 59-year-old who despite doing yoga on a regular basis still has incredibly tight glutes, hips and lower back area. After my sessions with Sharyn, All my kinks are worked out and tension and stress are completely released. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend A Moment Away to anybody who needs some downtime and a little TLC!
