Mary was welcoming. I loved the heat and the candlelit room. Mary explained things very well. She helped me to position myself and the blocks well. She made me feel safe and cared for as I tried new things.

Very friendly atmosphere. I had never been to A Better Me Yoga before but felt very welcome. Also, the restorative yoga class was great and I really enjoyed my experience.
