Love this class! From beginning to end, Mary helps with form and makes sure that the movements are correct so no one gets hurt. I feel challenged, yet completely relaxed during the class and by the end I felt so accomplished! Also, the lavender towel at the end is a cherry on top!

Mary was welcoming. I loved the heat and the candlelit room. Mary explained things very well. She helped me to position myself and the blocks well. She made me feel safe and cared for as I tried new things.
