I have an autoimmune disease that limits my ability to exercise. The only thing I can do is yoga. HipHop is everything and there was literally ONE hiphop yoga class I could find and I need my zen more than that. When I found you guys, I was beyond excited. Then when I came... oh my. I used to be a dancer so when I saw the format was teaching a few flows and then on your own to the music, it felt like home. After that I tried the SLOW on Sunday... and the whole class with eyes closed and to DAngelo and Chance??? Ooooo I'm home.
