Typically I don't enjoy yoga classes because I find myself getting really bored or focusing on how difficult or hard the poses are, but being challenged to move with my eyes closed during the Soul lit class was something unlike anything I've experienced before. Gabby made me feel really comfortable and the playlist was dope. I also didn't think I would sweat as much as I did! The atmosphere, smells of essential oils, and overall experience were amazing. I can't wait to go back.
