Honestly, the workout was so great it didn't even feel like an hour! I though the instructor was great in her ability to assist and communicate the poses to us! It was a great experience!

I’m a new yogi and Nicholl is absolutely amazing. Her beginners Vinyasa class is well taught. She guides you throughout the entire class. I wish she taught more classes.
