It was a great space, loved the music, the teacher was knowledgeable and friendly, very welcoming, warm, loved the lighting, great energy. All around a really good first experience excited to come ba ck. I have been to a lot of yoga studios and this is the first studio i have felt completely comfortable and able to focus on my practice.
