Every class and every instructor I have had during my time at 405 has been so kind and welcoming to everyone, including me. They are always so helpful and cheerful to see your face again at 405 and eager to help you in anyway they can either in your yoga journey or life journey! Recommend this place to someone every time they are looking for a new yoga studio or workout class!
