  • 405Yoga has always been a studio with great energy, and it even comes through in the virtual classes. I also really like the variety of flows that each class and teacher has. 405Yoga is the best and is a genuine community.

  • I like that everyone was friendly and willing to help when I didn't know how to do a pose. Also, I like that the instructor didn't demo the poses because it encourage/challenge me to remember the poses.
