A bit too crowded today, difficult to complete some flows because we were so close to each other. Other then that would definitely give a 10!
Cassie is my favorite instructor. Just the right amount of challenge tempered by her playful and warm teaching style. I always love her playlists, too.
I love the Thursday morning class with Heidi! Great workout! I miss the Sunday evening $5 drop in with the new instructors.
