• I did arrive early and didn’t mind waiting. I was set up and the employee who was scheduled to give me my pedicure was going to start me at 6:00. She was doing her own nails and was late starting to work on me. I should have been done at 7:00 but I wasn’t finished until 7:30. If they are doing to do their own nails then they better ensure they are done by the time the client ‘a appointment starts. The client should not have to wait for their appointment to start.
