Was attended to by Logan for my pedicure and Amanda for my manicure. Both were very friendly and made me feel welcome. 2 Waves was recommended to me by a friend. The atmosphere is always warm, friendly and welcoming, and the job is done well. I would recommend 2 Waves.

I was a loyal customer to Essex 2 Waves until Heather left... Needed an appointment for my Mom and I together and Belle River had openings that fit my schedule... I saw Laurie for a pedicure and my Mom saw Faith for a manicure... my Mom raved about what a fantastic job Faith did, was friendly, very thorough and made my Mom feel pampered... I saw Laurie for a pedicure... what a fantastic person and an amazing pedicure... I haven't had such great treatment since I saw Heather in Essex.. I have already booked my next pedicure with Laurie and will be back to this location from now on...!!!!

I have been going to the south Windsor location for a year now and unfortunately every experience is the same regardless of who I was seeing with the exception of a member who is currently off on Mat leave. Do not expect to start you service on time and definitely plan to be there at least an extra hour. I have never left a service on time and if it's a magic rebalance it is consistently a 2 hour or longer appointment. It is extra frustrating as I used to be an employee at another location and know that time management is crucial; not always easy but should be top priority. Everyone is pleasant but I rarely get an apology or acknowledgement when waiting 20+ minutes to start.

The service was amazing. Super friendly and very professional. My daughter has ADHD and cant sit still for long and Alexis was so patient and calm. I would Highly recommend Alexis and the other ladies.
