Best fitness studio in Fort Worth! It's truly a community. I always look forward to working out now instead of dreading it. The best way to start my day!

I have never been so committed to a fitness studio. I have attended, exclusively, for 7 years. The combination of rhythmic spin and hiit classes are the full body workout my 50+ yr old body needs. The instructors and staff are attentive and encouraging, making me want to come back daily.

The best spin studio in FTW.
My only critiques are that they could replace equipment (like shoes) more frequently, and sell more merch!

I love Zyn22 and I'm sure it loves me.

It's a boutique cycle place, cycling/spin only. It's pretty cheap compared to Soul Cycle when you factor in that they offer you shoes WITH the Spin Class. My first time here was last year and honestly it takes you a few rides until you can finally "catch" the beat and ride like a pro. (Now when I go out and hear the same music I hear in spin, I imagine I'm on the bike and not in a crowded bar, lol.) The facility is super clean, their bathrooms are not that big, but always stocked with girl necessities. I always get the best cardio coming here. Not going to lie, I'm EXHAUSTED while spinning, with the combinations of arms, sprints, pushups on the bar, and tap backs, who wouldn't be winded? I do ALWAYS leave class completely energized and ready for whatever! I've been buying the 3 rides for $63, but I think I'm ready to take the jump and invest in unlimited.. it's well worth it!

Will was such a great instructor! I came here for part of my bachelorette party and the staff were amazing!!!! I'd love to come again! Great workout, they were encouraging and fun, all around such a great experience!

Zyn22 was a really fun experience! I took the Monday 4:30 EDM ride with Will as a first time rider at the studio. The class ambiance was supercharged with lights and stadium-style bike seating and the great playlist + instructor energy were I'll be back!

Found my new spin fam!! Absolutely love their spin classes, they're so full of energy and awesome music & even better moves!! All instructors absolutely rock!! They're all different and each bring a different challenge to their class. I also really like that they have a class available almost every hour!

Staff: super friendly, welcome and helpful! From the ladies who check you in to the spin instructors!

Studio: clean and spacious! They have free rental shoes if you buy classes through them. They also have free lockers, showers, and hair tools to get ready there! There's also a boutique of athletic gear towards the front and they also have a sale section!!

Parking: I really like that there's plenty of parking all around. Even if it's a full class, you will not struggle finding a spot.

New riders: your first class is free!!! Give it a shot, it will not disappoint! If you love it, guess what?! You get 22% off their package rides!

As for me? I will def be joining the monthly unlimited pass soon! Bc it's so worth it!

I dropped in for a class expecting a more traditional spin class but was disappointed. The instructor had us moving side to side on our bikes doing dance moves and I almost fell over. The music was also VERY loud and I wish I had been notified of the earplugs before I went in. My ears were pounding for hours after I left. Maybe it's my fault for not researching more into what I was getting into, but as someone who has lots of road cycling experience and traditional spin class experience, this is not my bag.

That being said, if you want a non-traditional spin class, love techno/dance music and want to feel like you are in a club then this is for you!

This class was so fun! It was my first time doing a spin class...so I had a little trouble keeping up with the Hip Hop Spin Class. But I was able to go on my own (slower) pace. All the girls at the front desk were super friendly! They checked me in, gave me the spin shoes, showed me how to adjust my bike and how to clip on the spin shoes! The instructor had great fun energy! And would say reminders on keeping good form and techniques! It was alot of fun! But definitely one heck of a workout! I was sweating like crazy!

Experienced my first spin class thanks to my job and Zyn22's partnership. I was a bit scared going in but being surrounded by my coworkers and the VERY friendly staff was helpful. Right when you walk in the atmosphere is nice and clean and the shoes you rent are nice and not beat up. There's waters available just in case you forget yours and even the bottles had Zyn22 labels on them, to me that just shows a little more class and I liked it, I very much liked it during the spin class! Jennifer was our instructor and she was so energizing and motivating that she got me to get my butt up and push through the good sweet pain! The room was nice and dark, blasted with awesome tracks and even had some flashing lights like a club! The towels available to everyone were rolled up nicely and even smelled amazing, as if they use some essential oils or something to wash them. Time flies by really fast when you're having fun. It's even more fun when you can walk out the room knowing you sweated a few pounds off! I swear I was sweating form my eyebrows or something!!

This was my first spin class so I really don't have much to compare to besides the classes that 24hour fitness offers however they really set the bar high for any future spin classes I may take that aren't here at Zyn22! I'm already trying to convince my group of friends to go with me.



Edit - it's been less than a month and today will be my 3rd time back that's how addicting this is! The only complaint I have now is the scheduling part.. 1. They don't have a full months schedule just a week in advance 2. I gathered 2 girlfriends to go with me and we booked a class but an emergency came up so they weren't able to come, when we booked it there the workers said it would be fine to call early and reschedule however when I just tried doing that they said we would lose our money.. I'm not sure why they couldn't just move us to a later date.. pretty frustrating and will probably be the reason why I will never book a class in advance. So much for accommodating staff...
