Showers in bathroom with products was definitely a nice accommodation. Loved the hot HIIT class it was like nothing I've tried before

Everyone was really pleasant and I haven't taken a yoga class in years the instructor was super helpful making sure I was able to do all the poses correctly to prevent injury super patient and it was very relaxing environment
