  • Great place to go. Workouts change daily to keep it fresh. I always burn 700-1000 calories a workout.
  • Great all around work out. The only suggestion I would say is to move workouts for specific body parts each week. I typically like to visit M-W-F so I kind of repeat the same body parts consistently. If would be great if you did something like Week 1 - Chest = Monday, Week 2 - Chest = Tuesday, Week 3 - Chest = Wednesday, etc. That way I get to "mix it up" a bit more....
