• Emily's Sunday funday has consistently been excellent pace, variety, and the best playlists . I get the most out of these classes. Hard work is encouraged, good form is demonstrated and corrected, and sweat is guaranteed. Awesome class. 5 out of 5 stars . Highly recommend.
