• I had to wait 45 minutes out in my car because Rhonda was running so far behind. I was kept informed and apologies were given as well as reason, which I understood l, but it made me late for another appointment I had after I left Salon. Otherwise, I would haven given a 10. I would give Rhonda and staff a 10 though.
