So far I have gone there 3 times for facial and massages. I am so glad they opened last year because I didn't find anything anywhere close to my house in Anaheim Hills area. This place is my sanctuary now and I love to spend time before and after in the relaxation / waiting room.
Monica is great for facial and I did the microdermabrasion also one time and had Trisha for a deep tissue massage and it was awesome. As another reviewer has mentioned, it has the feel of a 5 star spa, but affordable prices that I can go couple times a month.

The place is gorgeous. I checked in and filled out some paperwork in regards to the services I was going to be participating in. They took the time to get to know me and my personal needs in order to give me what I needed. I was then taken back to the suite to change into a body suit, robe, and sandals provided by them. They give you a locker and a key to put your things in. In the suite there are hair combs, double mirrors, lotion, hand soap and mouth wash. First I was taken to do endermologie. I came in not really knowing much because my boyfriend had purchased the package for me. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and schooled me on the service I was about to receive. She looked at where I had problem areas and with a device, she smoothed out the areas. This is used to tone the body, get rid of cellulite and promote blood circulation. The lady was very pleasant and she was able to point out things I was having trouble with without me telling her anything about myself. She gave me dietary advice and then I was taken to the waiting room. In the waiting room there's snacks, magazines, a journal, and a tic tac toe game. They offer you water, tea, coffee, and mimosas. I was then taken to a different room for my CBD oil massage. I've only gone to get 3 professional massages in my life but hands down, this was the absolute best. I felt like I could just sleep for the rest of the day hahaha. Then I was taken to do a facial. I spoke to the esthetician for a few minutes and she explained to me which products she'd be using for my skin needs. After we were finished, she gave me a head rub. I was supposed to do a Brazilian wax but was unable to at that time so the waxer instructed me on how to prep for the next appointment to be ready to do the waxing. Over all it was a beautiful experience. The place was amazing, everyone that attended me was outstanding. You can tell that the staff really knows what they're doing. I left feeling 100% better. I took the advice that was given to me and I continue to feel healthier. After just 1 facial, my skin cleared up so much. I'm hoping to be able to come back soon.

Really nice experience and comparable to spa Gregories in Newport.
Has the upscale spa feel but very relaxing and nice. My mom actually ended up cutting her finger and there was some blood but the staff was very quick to help and ended up comping her facial for the inconvenience.

Pregnancy number two is hitting me with a vengeance. I woke up sore and tight all over, barely able to hold it together at my desk chair. After putting off the inevitable, I started calling around the area for a prenatal massage. After calling 4 places and scouring Yelp with no luck and I came across Zianna. They were able squeeze me in for an 80 minute prenatal in the next 30 minutes.
Zianna is easy to overlook from the highway and to be honest it looked a bit odd from the outside. But immediately as you walk through the doors you forget all of that. They have created an zen-like oasis for their customers. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and offered spa water or coconut water as I filled out the preliminary paperwork.
After completing my paperwork, I was led to the women's dressing room in the back. There, I was given a locker key to store my belongings and given a robe and slippers to change into. The robe was nice and comfy and the slippers were the therapeutic ones with pressure points - a nice surprised as I made my way over to the lounge to wait for my masseuse.
The lounge was straight out of a magazine, there was big comfy over sized furniture with fluffy pillows and magazines I could lose myself in. They even have snacks and drinks to indulge upon while you wait.
I was escorted into my massage room by April. I immediately was blown away by the attention to detail to optimize relaxation for their clients from the scented essential oil diffuser, to the simplistic decor, down to the heated massage table - I took it all in and loved it.
April started off our session by going over my pain points and where I wanted to focus on and then she went right to work. To be honest I cant recall much of the message, only that I was praying that it would not end. She checked in with my many times throughout my massage to ensure that I was comfortable and that the pressure was enough - she did not hold back when I requested a firmer touch.
The inevitable happened and the massage ended and reality set in again. April invited me rest and in the lounge as long as I needed before getting myself ready to go home. Normally I would have skipped out on this, but the few extra minutes sitting in the calm room to gather myself really tied everything together.
My only drawback from giving them a perfect score was the price, it was a bit pricey for a massage and I am sure if I wasn't in so much pain I likely would not have gone here. But then again i am so so glad that I did. This is definitely on my list for a place I would go to if I want extra pampering and have additional time before and after my massage.
A few things to note:
- Like I mentioned earlier the use of essential oils for relaxation is a big thing here, if you aren't a fan - proceed with caution.

This spa was super cute! I loved the room they take you to get situated and put your robe on. The area they have you sit and wait at is very comfortable and relaxing. The front desk girl that was helping us out I believe her name was Megan was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable, taken care of before my friend and I's service. My massage was awesome best massage I've ever had. It was with Judy. I highly recommend seeing her. You won't be disappointed!

We had enough money as a credit to cover cancelation for both my massage and wifes and your your receptionist confirmed the credit would be ok to reserve both our massages. I told your receptionist I would call back as soon as I parked as I was driving to provide my cc as well. She said that was ok and she would hold both our spots. When I called back to give my credit card I was told one of massages was canceled and the response from management was incredibly rude. Take responsibility for your actions and remember the actions of your employees and management reflect the reputation of your business.
Good luck to you and anyone who has to deal with what my self and other customers have had

There's no anger over here just makes me laugh when I see a business ran so poorly.

Update on Review. Changing this to one star. As you can read below, my first experience here was THEM cancelling on me literally five minutes before my service was supposed to start.
I recently booked another service with them. A couple days before my services were supposed to take place, I was hospitalized for pneumonia. I called in before my services, 24 hours in advance, to cancel my appointment due to the fact that I was IN THE HOSPITAL. I told them I would call to re book when I was better. They said that was fine. When I was better I called to re book. I was told "IT IS PROBABLY BEST WE DONT BOOK YOU CONSIDERING HOW MANY TIMES YOUVE CANCELLED." Ummmm, what?! THEY cancelled on ME. And I cancelled once. More than 24 hours in advance. Because I was IN THE HOSPITAL.
Will never go back here. This is NOT how you treat customers. Awful, horrible customer service. Avoid!
My service was great. I had the Swedish massage and added in the lympathic drainage.
One of the best massages I've had, and I've had a lot. Plus the lympathic drainage honestly got rid of my congestion and I think it will serve well with releasing toxins and getting rid of excess water weight.
The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I was supposed to have a colonic while there and on my drive over, fifteen minutes before my colonic appointment, I received a call that the therapist wouldn't be able to make it in. Talk about unprofessional. Calling to cancel on a new client while they are on their way to see you, 15 minutes before said service is supposed to start? Terrible.
So I would give five stars for the massage from Melissa because she was excellent.
And zero stars to the colonic therapist for being so unprofessional.

Our goal is to provide unparalleled customer service at all times. We always inform all our guests about our 24 hour cancellation policy. Unfortunately, when we get three or more cancellations (you had more than one scheduled treatment the same day) and the guest is reluctant to follow our cancellation policy, we can't keep booking any more appointments for that guest as our therapist will be paid anyway. Medical emergencies don’t give you notice when they will happen. Our therapist are human beings and we will always support them and pray for them when in health emergency as well as for our guests. Compassion and being honest will work though! God Bless You.

Came to this location w/GF on Valentine's Day for the couple massage. Immediately noticed how clean the facility was the minute I walked in. We were greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly nice and courtesy. The changing room is a little small. We were taken to a room w/2 massage tables and the duo massages began. Massage was great and the masseurs were accommodating to our needs. After the massage, we were treated to choco-strawberries and wine. We used the steam shower and it was great. The staff never pressured us to leave and advised us to spend as much time as we wanted in the facility. The only knock I would have is that this spa does not have any showers. But besides that, everything from the staff to the facility was great.

Massage was amazing. Very relaxing and clean place. However, I had an hour couples massage with my wife and I was charged for an hour and half
The girl in front desk said she was going to refund me the money right aWay but she didn't do it
I called them about my refund today and the lady said that the girl that does the refunds was going to do the refund within half an hour to an hour and I'm still waiting for my refund. Hopefully I will get it soon. Very beautiful spa, it's a shame it is run so poorly. I agree with the other commenters about the management. My esthetician was half an hour late and still had time to yell at people. Very unprofessional to be late, and then take it out on your clients and staff.

At the time you entered the spa at 9.30am. it was not open and the Front Desk Associate was setting up for the day. First, you never made an appointment with us as you claimed when you walked in. You stated you have an appointment for a massage at 10.30am. In your review at 9.48 am you stated your esthetician was late and took it out on you; there was not esthetician in our premises all day; if you had an appointment at 10.30 am how come your esthetician' was late and in your review you claimed to have an appointment for a massage. Estheticians don't do massage, only facials.
I am sorry but we can't validate your claim as there are too many inconsistencies in your review as an example there were no therapist scheduled to come in the whole morning until the afternoon.
Also we review our camera footage and besides our Front Desk associate and yourself there was no one else in the footage.
