• The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist (Erin) was very knowledgeable in regards to how I can prevent muscle related injuries and gavehelpful advice on how I could appropriately stretch following activities to prevent soreness and tightness. The massage was one of the best deep tissue massagesI have received and I look forward to visiting in the future!
