Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time.

To make sure all appointments run smoothly, a late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time.

As a courtesy to other guests and a way to leave your cares behind, please switch all mobile phones to Airplane mode when visiting the Float Centre.

As we navigate our business through the Covid-19 outbreak, here's what you can do to help us:

• If you feel sick, please stay home & call us to reschedule your float.
• On arrival please wait in your car or outside until we call you in, 1 customer or group allowed to enter at a time, when we're ready for you
• Please use hand sanitiser on entry & please remove your shoes
• We'll be carefully controlling numbers entering please be mindful and respectful of others personal space should you come in close proximity
• We apologise but our chill out room is closed for the time being, thanks for your patience, we hope we can eventually reopen this space for you
• Please leave Float tank door open on completion of your float, this will help with complete ventilation

I agree to NOT use the float pool if:

• I have not showered thoroughly and still have oils, creams, or makeup on my hair, body & feet.
• I have had any type of hair colour/treatment within the past 7 days.
• I am under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• I have a communicable or infectious skin condition, disorder, or diseases; or open sores.
• I am diabetic, unless my diabetes is under medical control.
• I have a history of heart trouble, epilepsy, seizures or blackouts or any medical history for which I have not received my Dr.’s permission to use the floatation tank.
• I am experiencing any genital episode of communicable disease or a heavy menstrual period.
• I have a condition which may be adversely affected by cutaneous absorption of magnesium.
• I have incontinence, kidney disease or voluntarily/involuntarily release of bodily fluids of any kind.
