• The most welcoming front staff team EVER--so kind & friendly & personable (aka amazing "first impression"~hugely important for any business as they set the tone for the whole experience), absolutely amazing esthetician & massage talent (calm, kind, welcoming--in addition to being incredibly good at their jobs), absolutely spotless facility that smells amazing when you enter lobby, & calm, soft lighting in spa area. We truly look forward to it every month :)
