• It was my first experience with zero gravity chair and massage in general. My technician Tiffany (?) was very patient and understanding. She asked if positioning OK at each step and made sure to ask how I was doing periodically. I felt that she was very professional and excellent at her job. This experience has made me feel more comfortable in a spa environment and I would definitely recommend to others.
