We had such and amazing time at the meditation class... Even though Lynda slept through most of it 😆. Danny is an amazing host and his passion for people and positive energy can be felt the second you walk through the door. One day I'll save up and join one of the programs but for now I'll continue to attend the yoga class on Mondays and meditation Wednesday nights. Thanks for having us the other night! 😊💙
