Lara is a talented teacher and I loved the early morning class, with fewer people than the Saturday one, plus the room temperature was quite comfortable. Sat. after the hot yoga is hard for me, in Lara's class.

I have enjoyed every class that my sister gave me as a gift for Christmas (5). I have one left and I plan to keep it going. Since I'm new I can't do all that others do but I do what I can and never feel embarrassed. I am inspired and hope I can get there one day. I feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after each class. I used to take yoga classes in my 20's and now I'm in my 60's. Wish I would have kept it going but it's never too late to start again. I love the instructors and the classes. Thank you !
