First, Quint does an incredible job greeting people and he was so kind in sharing what the classes are and the offerings Melissa shares. Second, the care and attention to the energy in the yoga studio and in the building is well structured and allowed for me to stay centered and not take on anyone's energy as I am highly sensitive. So thankful to find this gem.
