New Class! Liquid Blade Runner Defined: with Suzanne Mulenos. This high intensity, cardio-sculpt formula uses the resistant properties of water coupled with the intelligent design of Aqualogix Blades (endorsed by the U.S. Military) to define and tone while also offering a metabolic bump.
The first time I used Suzanne's workout I was instantly impressed by how effective it was at not only imitating endurance and strength work, but also replicating sport-specific movements in a low impact environment.
