  1. Group dynamic warm up and instruction
  2. Strength and power exercise circuit: 3 to 4 exercises that you will rotate through as instructed
  3. Conditioning: Finish the class by getting the heart rate up and muscle burning through variety of different intervals and timed programs.

New Class! Liquid Blade Runner Defined: with Suzanne Mulenos. This high intensity, cardio-sculpt formula uses the resistant properties of water coupled with the intelligent design of Aqualogix Blades (endorsed by the U.S. Military) to define and tone while also offering a metabolic bump.
The first time I used Suzanne's workout I was instantly impressed by how effective it was at not only imitating endurance and strength work, but also replicating sport-specific movements in a low impact environment. Weekend Warrior

Weekend Warrior – Get ready for the Mountain, a race or whatever your weekend adventure may be. This class is purposefully placed on Friday so you can prep your mind and body for the activity ahead. Reset your posture, open the hips, shoulders and hams. Many enthusiasts in this town know they are supposed to taper, yet feel the urge to do something prior to their weekend events.
