• Wounderful energy very individual attention from great instructors

• I was very picky about choosing a martial art school for my family. Too many seem to be all about money, flashy uniforms, two dozen different belts with multi colors and patterns, and of course black belts guaranteed in certain, often unrealistically short, amount of time...as lot as you pay those dues and hidden fees. You won't run into any of that at Zen Wellness. The instructors at Zen Wellness all really care about the arts they are passing on to their students, and they care about the students being successful. At the same time they are disciplined and don't hesitate to correct students if discipline is needed. They are also upfront with all the costs. Oh and speaking of costs (or lack there of)...the instructors at Zen Wellness provide private lessons at NO extra cost if you need some extra help. For me that's unheard of, but at Zen Wellness you just need to ask. Actually you usually don't need to ask, because the instructors know their students, spot where they are struggling, and often suggest coming in for private lesson (again at no extra cost). I'm very glad I discovered Zen Wellness. If I ever have to move I'm sure finding a martial arts school of this high quality will be a very daunting task.
