• My son is very hyperactive and we enrolled him in Kung Fu with the hope that it would help him gain more control of himself. He has been in Kung Fu for 6 months now and he is making improvements in controlling his actions/hyperactivity every week. They hold the students accountable for their actions and teach them how to correct their behavior and why they need to change their actions. We love Zen Wellness, they have been amazing with us.
