Had my first service this week with Russ, who was fantastic! Was exactly what I was looking for from a Thai massage. He performed full assertive movements with a gentle, confident, intuitive hand. I left feeling energized yet relaxed. The office is in an easy to find convenient location near downtown with easy parking. Hope to be back for another massage soon.

They moved location. It is not very clear as their message still begins with their old location, and nothing online seems updated. Their old WC/Brodie location is closed.

I have bought many Gift Certs over the years, and claiming them has always been a pain with confused therapists and many phone calls and waiting. Still we continued as their services were good. I got a Gift Cert this mothers day not knowing they have moved to 6th St. Now they refuse to refund. My mom is not going to 6th St., and they are not going to keep my money. It just infuriates me that I have to call up my CreditCard instead of them simply refunding the Gift Cert on the same day it was issued after finding out they had moved far away from me. Ridiculous. Please don't do business with people like that.

I really loved this place, they helped me a lot. However, my family buys me gift cards and have them credit my account with them. This is the third time that the credit/gift cards have "expired" and I am unable to use. If I give you money and you sit on it... it doesn't expire. I reached out to them yesterday about possible credit I had and was told today by Alex that my gift card expired 4/12/2020 so I no longer had a credit. We are in the middle of a pandemic, they were closed I am sure being non essential so I could t of used it even if I wanted to. What a rip off... again this is the third time this has happened to me and happened to my daughter as well. Money does not expire! I will never ask for a gift card again to zen well and I will look for another place for my needs when this pandemic is over. I give zen well minus stars. #goodluckwithpriceincreaae.

Holy hell fire this was the best massage I have received in my life and I've had a few. Rachel was outstanding. She intuitively knew where my trouble sports were and relieved them. Pain I have been carrying around for years is gone. Miracle workers. Could not recommend enough.

Went in with a serious kink in my neck and shoulder. Came out brand new after a Thai massage. Totally refreshed!

I was excited to come with my two sisters and Mom on my birthday for a chair massage and foot treatment. I booked online so I could get it done at night when I had a chance but couldn't figure out how to reserve for more than one treatment for multiple people on the same reservation. I'm not sure now why I didn't think to make two separate reservations but I didn't. I added in the comments that we would also like to book a foot treatment but didn't call to double check that the appointment was made so we were dIsappointed when they hadn't been. The staff apologized and were very nice and the chair massages were great but it would be convenient to be able to do everything online and I have a feeling they may be missing the opportunity for more business. So I highly recommend Zen Well but I would confirm your appointment,
especially with multiple people if you can fInd the time.

ZenWell is unique and as a newbie to Thai massage, I'll be honest and say I had no idea what to expect . The space is serene and my therapist Bri was informative and very nice and patient . Thai massage is compared to "assisted yoga" . I am not a huge fan of yoga but i do love the benefits for my body and all it's aches and pains.

From the first call to set up an appointment the whole team was great and very helpful. I normally prefer a nice intense deep tissue massage, so this was quite different . I enjoyed the experience and it was quite relaxing but not quite what my
Body needs after a long week of intense workouts and a physically demanding job.

I would definitely recommend ZenWell for Thai massage and reflexology but if you're like me
And love a deep tissue massage , this isn't quite the same .

Great space and wonderful therapists. Kaci and Rachel are awesome therapists! Their Thai massage is both relaxing and very therapeutic. I always come out of there feeling serene, with muscles relaxed and tension relieved.

I had neck surgery in April and have been in tremendous amounts of pain daily. I had tried a lot - acupuncture, salves, foam rolling, and massages at our places. I was really thinking there wasn't anything to be done for the pain, but decided to try a chair massage as my last ditch effort. I figured they would place more emphasis on the areas that really needed work.

It was easy to book online and I chose Josh, simply for the fact that he had the earliest availability. Wow, I was so impressed! He used the perfect amount of pressure and was so courteous and respectful. After the massage, he told me what he thought was happening and showed me some stretches and exercises to help.

It's been almost a week of pain free mobility, which feels incredible as I've been battling this pain for the better part of a year. Thank you so much, Josh!
