• Well, ok. I love the spa and have really seen a huge difference in my skin. However, recently my appointments have been off. It wasn't a HUGE deal, but about three times, twice in the last month-ish, my appointments weren't scheduled correctly. It seemed to be when the dark haired girl was booking them. She gets close like booking an eyebrow wax instead of a tint. The other appointment was a tint and lift eyelashes but missed the tint on eyebrows. I had to come back later since this was for a trip. Again, not a life or death situation, but if I'm having these issues I'm sure others might be and not mentioning or noticing right away. I'm not going anywhere as a client, but y'all may want to review her process. Thanks for being awesome!
