• My technician was lovely! She put me at ease and I didn't feel judged for it being my first time. Everyone's pain tolerance is different, but the fact that only 3 strips really hurt I think speaks to her skill at waxing. She was also wonderful with keeping the conversation flowing to help distract me from the process.
