• I tried Red light therapy after a bout 6 weeks of significant inflammation on my elbow (tennis elbow) and the practitioner actually stated I should expect some discomfort in the first session followed by relief in the second and 3rd. The reality is that for me, I experienced relief in one session. Its not perfect but for the first time in 6 weeks it didnt wake me up in the night with pain when I moved it. ITs not perfect yet but ill be doing the rest of the sessions...
