• I have a bulging disc in my L5/S1 and have been dealing with sciatic nerve pain since early October of last year. I did receive stem cell therapy injections, and I'm doing light physical therapy, but I needed something that would loosen my muscle muscles. When I told Scotty what my situation was, he knew exactly what to do. I was a little sore this morning, but I went for the longest walk that I've ever done in the last six months. I'm coming back this Monday for a 90 minute massage.
