• Unfortunately I don’t have time for a massage as often as I would like to but I was in so much pain over the past couple of weeks in my neck and upper back I had to do something. I made an appointment with Tonya and she did wonders on my back and neck, I was in so much pain before. She found knots around my shoulder blade and lower neck. Tonya worked them all out. I was still a little sore when I left so I couldn’t tell right off the bat. As I am writing this review I had the best sleep in 2 weeks last night, I am in the gym this morning stretching realizing that I do not have anymore pain and can finally move freely. Thank you Tonya!
