Love Zen’s online classes lovely to have that personal interaction that you don’t get with just doing yoga classes from the internet. Natalie really cares and values all members , that really shines through and makes this place so special. I can’t wait to get back in the studio and see all the lovely people I’ve meet since Zen opened .

I thought Charlotte was fantastic. A very well organised class. She still managed to make it personal. Really easy to follow but a challenging workout. Would definitely recommend
