although I would like to keep you as my little secret !! . The studio is just a lovely peaceful/ serene place to be at this odd time ( well it was until 5 November and will be again very soon ) Natalie keeps the place COVID safe & the teachers bring relaxation & fun . I love the setting, the studio is a little oasis in the middle of a buzzy suburb. The classes I attend are so well delivered and perfectly focused on strength and conditioning. I look forward to my classes every week ?
