• Rachel is amazing, I saw her once and I've continued to see her once a week since. I will say that visibility wise the spa is pretty hidden. When I was first looking for it I had a hard time locating it. I came down those escalators and proceeded to go right because you'd never know anything was to the left. Just food for thought. Other than that it's a truly beautiful spa.

• My massage therapist was fantastic. She took the time to figure out my trouble spots & goals for the massage, and then tailored it to give the most relief. My back feels better than it has in months, no tightness whatsoever. I wish I could remember her name, but she was excellent.
