• Shayla was nice and easy. She happily did 2 shampoos and her blow dry was great! At the end of the day it's all about the blow dry and if it doesn't last or too much product is used or it drops after and hour all the customer service doesn't matter. I stopped going to Drybar because I am always disappointed with the actual blow dry. The worst! My bow dry is day 2 and looks great!
