Warm, friendly & relaxing the only thing that needs a little improvement, they need to take their time, blow drying hair or putting on make up I felt I was being rushed out & the person who did my my was a tab bit rough on my hair but, overall I love the atmosphere it was fun & I enjoy myself plus I love the owner Sandra!!
