Friendly knowledgeable staff. Staff also had good expertise and did not push services. However, they were knowledgeable of products which would enhance my hair when asked. Inviting interior design of store. The Owner really cares about the clients and making the experience the best possible. I also like that this business is female owned and is working to empower its staff.
