Nakita (spelling?) was amazing. Her hands and technique were soft to my head/hair. She asked me what I wanted and delivered just that--nothing extra, nothingunwanted. The staff members were moderately talkative which is so refreshing and created a soothing atmosphere. The music choice was spot on , at least for myliking. The products seemed to be of great quality and my hair is soft , yet holds shape. I had a great experience.
