• The service results are absolutely perfect, I love the whole atmosphere of the salon, and my artist is very sweet and friendly. Everyone that I've met there is very friendly and welcoming!

• I had to wait 10-15 minutes for my tech to appear. I was left sitting and the water got cold. Never had this happen before. Music was too loud, not the usual relaxing vibe. Maybe someone was having an off day. It happens. Hope next time is better.
