The instruction is good, reasonable class size, and great location.
I Love the vibe of Yo-Yo, I have only had one instructor I didn't enjoy, but I simply just don't take her class. I think it is priced well, and it has helped me get back in shape, feel good about myself, and get stronger!
Nice people (owners, teachers, students). Authentic, positive vibe. Not yoga-snobby. Reduced price membership for people working for nonprofits. Beautiful space. Convenient lunchtime and 4:30 p.m. classes for working people. What's not to love?
