• The whole experience was great! It wasn't rushed. Melanie was relaxed and made sure she understood what I was looking for. She took time to listen in a way most people don't. The cut is amazing and she gave her input and suggestions, which I asked for. She also gave sound reasoning in her suggestions, which was very cool so I could understand her approach and perspective. The styling was great and helpful, and she gave me tips that I'm going to try at home. I've already recommended her to a couple of friends and look forward to going back.
