It was my very first massage ever, b/c I had recently pulled a muscle in my back and had severe spasms. My therapist was Elizabeth and she was amazing!!! She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable as well as she asked me questions about pre-existing injuries and ailments that I had... Elizabeth was so sweet and so nice but also very o Professional...she was always making sure I was comfortable and asked me to let her know if she was putting too much pressure and to tell her when to hold the stretches she did...you can really tell that she really cares about her clients and there well-being...she even discussed and explained with me a treatment plan that will help with my back further as well as my pre-existing injuries and ailments...she also encouraged to ask any questions that I had...I am already booked for a second session at the beginning of next month with Elizabeth Also, the office staff were very wonderful and also very nice and super sweet!! I loved how quiet and peaceful the whole office and massage rooms were...I already left 5 star reviews on Google as well as the Facebook because I had such a wonderful experience... In the end, after the massage, Elizabeth was able to take away the back spasms almost completely and made my back feel so much better...she did remind me that it might tighten up a little and might feel the spasms come back a little bit because of the muscle memory and the fact she also said that it was really, really tight and knotted up in that area...but that is also why she discussed a treatment plan...Your Body Needs is an absolut
