The ten is based on on the services provide and the great advice in planning those services. My masseuse, Eliza, was great, the advice of the other masseuse was great (I do not know her name), and the place was clean and well lit. Everyone I met was nice and the other customers that came in appeared to be happy, too. Additionally, this visit was part of my wife's 52 birthday and she was extremely pleased with the massage from Eliza and facial from Maria. Again, the other masseuse helped me select the treatments and plan the the day. Overall, a good day and I looked like a champ in front of my wife.
